My Story

Tamara's Meal Connection is a meal delivery service in Knoxville, TN. It is owned and operated by Tamara Kerr. 

Tamara became passionate about cooking fresh, healthy food when she found out that her son had special dietary needs. She jumped in feet first and learned how to cook delicious clean eating, gluten free, low fiber foods, and vegetarian dishes, while giving each recipe her own personal touch. Tamara also enjoys cooking the same food that she grew up on (just try Aunt Deb's Giant Meatball or Nana's Twice Baked Potatoes) and wants to share her passion with those in her community.
